MEDIA ART FESTIVAL
MAY 28–31 KAZAN
NUR is an independent media art festival that unites media artists, musicians and performers from all over the world in Kazan. Starting in 2021, the event shows iconic architectural sites from a different perspective and reveals hidden historical parts of the city, immersing viewers in a New Unique Reality.
Openning show
May 28
The opening show will be a bright start to the program and the main attraction point of the city. The festival will be opened by a headliner, and the main feature of the evening will be a combination of a light show and live music.
Installations
May 29 — 31
Media artists and studios from different countries will present works where advanced technologies are becoming a new language of art. The program will open more than 15 historical locations of Kazan, show familiar urban spaces in a completely new light and provide exclusive access to sites that are usually closed to the public.
Music program
May 30
Spectacular live performances, DJ sets, and performances by artists of various genres on a large-scale stage. Music and light create a single audiovisual space.
Educational program

Free lectures and discussions will help you understand the rapidly changing world of creative industries. Viewers and professionals alike will find relevant knowledge here: from design and architecture to media, fashion and new technologies.
