NUR is a large-scale festival in Kazan that unites media artists, musicians and performers from all over the world. They create art objects, media installations and audiovisual performances.
The festival occupies more than 10 locations, including historical sites, parks and "secret sites" accessible only during the event.
The organizer is the multimedia studio Formate.
