This is a visual experiment exploring how connections between people can take shape. As visitors enter the space, faces transform into a stream of digital particles. Laser beams gradually assemble them into three-dimensional images that project vibrations onto one another.

PHASE

The studio explores light’s ability to alter perception and reveal new dimensions of space. Even those with little familiarity with media art are likely to have encountered its work: in 2022, THE SWAY took part in the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics, using lasers and LED screens to visualise the appearance of the Olympic rings.
