The tandem of Nadia Kimelyar and Yusuf Bikchantaev has grown into formate studio, which has been organizing the NUR festival for five years. Nadia, creative director and media artist, works with projection and generative graphics, while Yusuf does sound design for the studio and writes music for theater projects.
Nadia and Yusuf will present the installation Wind in collaboration with «Wind Force» with technical support from LaserFX. The work refers to wind as a symbol of change and creative energy, which is capable of creating form from mass, transforming it, destroying and reassembling it into «new».
Geometric images as if under the action of the wind will be in constant transformation. Deflating, spinning, flaring and reassembling, they interpret the dynamism and cyclicality of change. Everything consists of single particles, which with the passage of time fold into different forms, but sooner or later return to the original state.
